Solidarity Path is a non-profit initiative started by volunteers and youth workers from eleven countries, who have spent more than ten years in European projects and kept seeing the same thing.
Every month, host organisations across Europe ask us the same question: where can we find motivated volunteers from Morocco and the neighbouring countries? And every month, talented people from those countries tell us they have sent fifty, a hundred applications without a single reply.
The problem is rarely skill. It is a letter generated by AI that sounds like every other letter. An email without a subject. A CV sent as a photo. An application that arrives after the shortlist is made. Coordinators who have been disappointed before stop reading early.
We started Solidarity Path to fix that gap from both sides: we prepare applicants properly, and we bring the ones who are ready to the organisations we know. We have been partners with many of them for years, and they keep coming back because the volunteers we introduce turn out well.
We are non-profit. We do not sell places, and no host organisation pays us. The one-time fee covers the time our team spends on your call, your documents and your follow-up, and we keep it as low as we can.
We started in Morocco. Today we work with applicants across the South Mediterranean, and with everyone who deserves a fair reading.
